How pricing works
There is no fixed price list, because cases differ a lot in the work they need. You first get a free written assessment, then a quote for the specific cases you want to pursue.
Four things decide a quote
You see the reasoning behind your quote, not just a number.
Type of case
A spam review is simpler to report than a documented competitor or former-employee case.
Platform
Each platform has its own process. Some need appeals or longer follow-up than others.
Evidence needed
Some cases need a quick record check, others a careful review of documents and patterns.
Number of reviews and locations
One review on one listing is priced differently from many reviews across many locations.
What the free assessment includes
- ✓A verdict on each review: removable, borderline or not removable
- ✓The platform rule behind each verdict
- ✓What we would do about the reviews that have to stay
- ✓A clear scope that you approve in writing before anything is filed
How you pay
Case work: quoted in advance and invoiced for the scope you approved.
Monitoring and responses: monthly, invoiced in advance, and can be stopped with short notice.
Cancelling: work you cancel before it starts is not charged.
