The platforms we work on
Each platform has its own rules, its own reporting process and its own standard of evidence. This is how we work on each of them.
Google Business Profile
Removal requests for fake reviews, conflicts of interest and harassment, based on Google’s prohibited content policy.
Coverage details →Trustpilot
Reports for reviews without a genuine experience, verification requests and advice on your TrustScore.
Coverage details →Yelp
Reports under Yelp’s content guidelines, and careful replies on a platform that removes fewer reviews.
Coverage details →Tripadvisor
Reports through the Management Centre, review blackmail cases and replies to guests.
Coverage details →Other platforms
We also handle reviews on software directories, employer review sites, marketplaces and consumer review sites, using the same method.

Why each platform needs its own approach
Different rules
The same kind of review can fall under different rules on each platform. A conflict of interest on Google, for example, is handled on Trustpilot by showing there was no genuine customer experience. Every request cites the rule of the platform it is filed on.
Different evidence
A simple report without documentation often fails. Requests are stronger with your own records, such as booking or sales data, and a clear timeline of what happened.
Different appeal routes
First decisions are often automated. When a valid report is rejected, we use the appeal and support routes the platform offers to every business and ask for a manual review.
