Service 01

Review removal requests

Not every bad review can go. The ones that break a platform's published rules can — and those are the cases we build, document and file.

What the service includes

  • ✓A written eligibility assessment for every review you flag, with the exact policy clause quoted
  • ✓Evidence packs: reviewer history patterns, timing analysis, service records you supply, screenshots with timestamps
  • ✓Submission through the platform's own reporting and appeal channels — never through account access or manipulation
  • ✓Escalation and re-appeal where a first-round decision contradicts the platform's stated policy
  • ✓Case-by-case status reporting, so you always know what is pending and what was decided
  • ✓A closing report listing every review removed, refused and withdrawn, with reasons
The honest limit: platforms decide, not us. What we control is case quality — the policy grounds, the evidence and the follow-up. That is what moves outcomes.

Start with the free assessment

Every engagement begins with a free written assessment. You see the eligible cases, the weak ones and the ones we advise against — before money is discussed.

Process

How we run it

01

Intake

You send the public profile links and mark the reviews that concern you. No account access, ever.

02

Assessment

Each review is checked against the platform's current policy text and graded: eligible, borderline or genuine.

03

Filing

Eligible cases are submitted with evidence, one at a time, through the platform's official route.

04

Outcome

We track decisions, appeal where justified, and report what came down and what stayed.

Deliverables

What you actually receive

Eligibility report

A line-by-line table of your reviews with the policy grounds and our confidence level for each.

Case log

Every submission, reference number, platform response and appeal, dated.

Closing summary

What was removed, what was refused, what we recommend doing about the rest.

FAQ

Questions about this service

Do you guarantee removal?+
No, and nobody honestly can — the platform makes the final decision. We commit to filing only cases with genuine policy grounds, and to telling you when a case is weak before you spend anything on it.
What does a weak case look like?+
A detailed, negative review from a verifiable customer describing a real experience. It may be painful and even unfair in tone, but it does not breach policy. The right answer there is a public response, not a removal request.
Can you remove reviews in bulk?+
We file individually. Bulk reporting is the fastest way to have a business's reports ignored, and on some platforms it puts the listing itself at risk.
What about reviews that are defamatory or illegal?+
Where content crosses into defamation, disclosure of private data or threats, the case may also justify a legal notice through your own lawyer. We prepare the documentation to support that, but we do not provide legal advice or representation.
