Service 02

Reputation monitoring

Most reputation damage is discovered late, by accident, by someone in the business googling their own name. Monitoring replaces that with a same-day alert.

What the service includes

  • ✓Daily checks across every profile that carries your business name
  • ✓Same-day alerts on new one and two-star reviews, by email or your preferred channel
  • ✓Flagging of suspicious patterns: review bursts, repeat accounts, copy-paste text across listings
  • ✓Tracking of rating movement, review velocity and response rate over time
  • ✓A monthly report with recurring complaint themes — the operational signal hiding inside review text
  • ✓Immediate eligibility screening when something arrives that looks like a policy breach

Start with the free assessment

Every engagement begins with a free written assessment. You see the eligible cases, the weak ones and the ones we advise against — before money is discussed.

FAQ

Questions about this service

Which platforms do you monitor?+
Every platform where your business has a public profile. Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Glassdoor and Facebook are the usual core, plus sector-specific sites such as G2, Capterra or Booking.com.
How fast are alerts?+
Same day for the platforms that expose new reviews promptly. Some platforms publish with a delay of their own, which we cannot shorten.
Is monitoring useful without removal work?+
Often yes. A fast, well-written response to a fresh complaint prevents more damage than a removal request filed three months later.
Do you need access to my accounts?+
No. Monitoring works from public data. If you want us to publish responses directly, that requires you to grant a manager role on your own profile — your choice, and revocable at any time.
