FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Short, plain answers about the free assessment, timing, cost and what we do not do. Where the answer is “no” or “it depends on the platform”, that is what it says.
Getting started
What happens when I ask for an assessment?+
You send the public links to your profiles and tell us which reviews concern you. We map the reviews, grade each against the platform's current policy and return a written assessment within 24–48 hours. There is no charge and no obligation to continue.
Do I have to give you account access?+
No. The assessment and the reporting work use public information only. Access only becomes relevant if you later ask us to publish review responses for you, and even then it is a manager role on your own profile, revocable whenever you choose.
Which platforms do you cover?+
Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, Tripadvisor and Glassdoor as the core, plus Facebook, Amazon seller feedback, G2, Capterra, Booking.com, Sitejabber and others on request.
Removal reality
Can you remove any negative review?+
No. Only reviews that breach a published platform policy are eligible. A genuine account of a real experience does not qualify anywhere, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something they cannot deliver.
Do you guarantee removal?+
No. The platform decides. We guarantee that we will only file cases with real policy grounds, that we will tell you when a case is weak, and that we will not charge for cases we assess as ineligible.
How long does it take?+
The assessment takes 24–48 hours. After that the platform's own queue governs. Some Google reports resolve within days; Tripadvisor and Glassdoor moderation is slower. We report status rather than promise dates.
Can a removed review come back?+
Normally not. The reviewer can appeal the platform’s decision, and the same person can post a new review, which is one reason monitoring matters after a clean-up.
Will my rating change immediately?+
The average recalculates once reviews are removed. How visible that is depends on your review count — a profile with 30 reviews shifts noticeably, one with 3,000 barely moves.
Working with us
What does it cost?+
The assessment is free. Removal cases are quoted individually after the assessment and only for cases with genuine grounds. Ongoing monitoring and response programmes are monthly, scoped to platforms and locations. See pricing.
Do you work with agencies?+
Yes, on a white-label basis where the agency owns the client relationship and we handle the casework and documentation.
Do you sign an NDA?+
Yes. Confidentiality is standard in our engagements and we are happy to sign yours.
Is my case information shared?+
Only with the platform, where filing requires it. Client names and case details are not published or used as marketing without written permission.
Risk and compliance
Could reporting reviews get my listing penalised?+
Not when reports go through official channels with genuine grounds. It can happen when providers mass-flag reviews from fake accounts, which is one reason we do not.
Do you buy or write reviews?+
No. Fake reviews breach platform policy and consumer protection law in most markets, and platforms detect patterns better every year. The downside risk lands on your business, not on the supplier who sold them.
Can we offer customers a discount for reviewing us?+
No. Incentivised reviews breach Google's and Trustpilot's policies and can breach advertising law. Compliant invitation programmes ask everyone, without incentives.
What if a review is defamatory?+
Content that crosses into defamation, threats or disclosure of private data may support a legal notice through your own lawyer. We prepare the supporting documentation, but we are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.
